The heroine's journey - the concept

The Hero's Journey is a method that we have developed from our experience of mask archetype work, ritual play, systemic constellations and the classic Hero's Journey according to Vogler and Campbell. It offers the opportunity to experience issues and to adopt a new perspective with the help of the representatives. Options and consequences for action can be experienced and implemented. In other words: The aim is to develop solutions that expand the scope for future action.

A starting point and a destination are needed. In between are various aspects/stations of the hero's journey, which we invite to meet us in the natural space on La Gomera.

The heroine retreat is about encountering yourself, nature and the powers hidden within it in a tangible way. Giving space to your feelings, thoughts and impulses and discovering and experiencing new aspects with the supportive power of nature.

On this journey I will accompany you in your processes and invite you to get to know yourself and your inner strength more and more.

I create your "healing and growth-promoting space" with you and hold whatever may appear. Something new or unexpected may show itself and take up space.

I experience these processes as tender and powerful at the same time, a gift to be able to accompany these paths! Thank you!

If the overview appeals to you, I currently have 2 variations of the retreat on Gomera to offer:

Variation 1: We will meet on 5 consecutive days for approx. 4 - 5 hours and will visit different places in nature, walk through them and experience individual stages of the heroine's journey with you. I will accompany you and give impulses and invitations. (We will discuss meeting points and times, depending on the weather).
Here you have your own accommodation and we have 1/2 meals together, which I organize. I recommend that you have a good place to retreat to during this time and that you don't get involved with the outside world.

Variation 2: We spend 4 days and 3 nights together in nature, where I provide us with a tent and sleeping bag etc., as well as meals. We are mainly on foot and the individual aspects of the hero's journey are deepened by the intensive experience of nature.
Both variants incorporate various aspects from mediation, imagination and body and art therapy methods.
